At Teavaro, our team is responsible for ensuring that our customer data platform can meet the stringent functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements of our clients not only today but also in the future as the digital marketing space is evolving at a high speed.

We are looking for a new position as a Scrum Master, reporting directly to the company head of customer success, who can help us to further develop our leading-edge real-time platform for identity resolution, compliance, and customer engagement.

We are looking for you as a Scrum Master to strengthen our international team. The position is based in Cologne, Germany with up to four days of working from home.

Responsibilities
  • You work closely with the product management (product owner) of our customers, understand their requirements, and implement them with your team.
  • Facilitate sprint planning meetings, hold daily standup meetings, and conduct retrospectives.
  • You remove obstacles, advance the project as quickly as possible and make the work of the team members easier.
  • You are responsible for the introduction of Scrum and Agile methods and ensure that team members adhere to Scrum principles and practices.
  • You help team members to develop and improve.
  • If time permits, you will lend a hand and create user stories, test and support the product backlog.
Profile
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, engineering or a related subject
  • Several years of professional experience in the management of software development projects, ideally as a Scrum Master
  • Experience in the field of agile methods
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp, abstract and comprehensively present complex issues
  • Affinity to combine professional requirements and technical implementation
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Customer orientation and excellent communication skills in an international environment
  • Ideally, you already live in the greater Cologne area or are ready to move
